This Friday they’ve got something extra special planned: Duck Confit Pupusa (duck and queso fresco stuffed masa cake, brussels sprout and root vegetable curtido slaw, habanada (non spicy habanero) pepper puree, chile garlic oil), and Chorizo and Winter Squash Tacos (mole poblano, pickled onion, cilantro, cotija, sesame seeds).
