The Spokane Valley Farmer’s Market kicks off their season this Friday evening with Food Truck Night! In partnership with the Greater Spokane Food Truck Association, the market will present more than 50 vendors, food trucks, and live music. Trucks in attendance will include MELTZ, Ben & Jerry’s, Swell Coffee, Mixed Plate, and more, plus a beer garden from Mountain Lakes Brewing.
