Celebrating 20 years of culinary excellence, MAX at Mirabeau has become a staple in the Spokane Valley dining scene. It’s been an all-time favorite destination for locals and tourists, serving a diverse selection of bistro-style cuisine in a friendly setting. Whether it’s a casual bite, an event, or a holiday meal, MAX at Mirabeau delivers on every front, making it a true gem in the community.

Open daily (6am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 6am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday), the 225-seat restaurant is a friendly space for all ages to enjoy their meal. With its scratch-prepared menu, MAX is focused on local and fresh. In addition to their hand-carved USDA prime beef, MAX is known for their in-house-made sauces, appetizers, entrées, and desserts; every detail is meticulously crafted to create a memorable dining experience.

One of MAX’s hallmarks is its commitment to supporting local vendors, including purveyors, growers, bakers, winemakers, and brewers, whenever possible. Their attention to detail shows in every bite, from the expertly made starters to the freshly baked desserts. MAX’s menu is well-curated, offering something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a hearty steak, a light salad, or even a decadent dessert.

General Manager Andy Rooney attributes the restaurant’s long-term success to its dedicated team and their unwavering focus on delivering exceptional experiences. "MAX at Mirabeau has been successful these past 20 years because of our amazing staff and our ability to ensure we’re delivering an unparalleled experience for every guest,” he explains. This commitment to quality service and hospitality has solidified MAX as a top dining destination in Spokane Valley, making it a favorite for locals and visitors alike.

MAX is more than just a restaurant; it’s also a place for fun and socializing. Every day, there are two happy hours: from 3 to 6pm and again from 9pm to close, in the lounge and out on the patio (during the warmer months). Margarita Monday—$2 off your choice of Margarita. Micro Tuesday—$2 off selected micro draft beer. Wine Wednesday—50% off selected bottles. It’s Ladies Night on Thursdays, featuring $7 House Lemon Drops and Cosmopolitans. You won’t be disappointed by Martini/Manhattan Fridays with $2 off any signature drink from 3pm to close.

The MAX Brunch is a weekend tradition: brunch is served between 9am and 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. The brunch menu includes an additional, expanded menu and weekly breakfast specials.  It's topped off by the ultimate Bloody Mary Bar with over thirty hot sauces and dozens of other accouterments. Combined with their Mimosa specials, it’s the perfect start to your weekend.

MAX also offers monthly events, such as the well-known First Wednesday series. The event occurs on the first Wednesday of every month from 5 to 7pm, showcasing regional artists and wineries and offering complimentary hors d'oeuvres, glass pour specials on wine, and discounted menu items. It’s a community favorite where visitors can appreciate exquisite art, food, and wine all at once.

Andy adds, "As we look ahead, we are excited to continue serving our community with the same passion and dedication that has driven us for two decades. We're proud of our ongoing local partnerships with Spokane Valley Summer Theater, HUB Sports Center, Central Valley School District PACE Awards, the Liberty Lake Kiwanis Father-Daughter Dance, and many more. MAX is more than just a restaurant—it’s a gathering place for the Spokane Valley and beyond here in the Inland Northwest."

As it celebrates its 20th anniversary, MAX at Mirabeau stands as a place of community, quality, and excellence. From the thoughtfully prepared dishes to the welcoming staff and vibrant events, MAX remains a favorite destination for all who visit. It’s time to celebrate—every day—at MAX.
