North Idaho’s annual Spring Dash returns this Saturday with new distances: a 5k, 10k and half marathon, in addition to the Tot Trot. Starting and finishing in McEuen Park in downtown Coeur d’Alene, each course is primarily flat, on a paved surface, and highlights the beauty of Lake Coeur d’Alene. Presented by United Way of North Idaho, the Spring Dash is held in support of ALICE: those in the local community who are Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed, who are living paycheck to paycheck due to challenges and high costs of living. Registration is open now to run for a community cause!
