This Saturday and Sunday, the Spokane Symphony presents Masterworks 6, with a selection of performances combining music that is familiar and new, plus elements of jazz and blues.
The show will include work by William Grant Still, a Violin Concerto performed by symphony concertmaster Mateusz Wolski, a New Work for Chorale and Orchestra by Sydney Guillaume, a co-commission between the Spokane Symphony, Eastern Washington University and Ron & Sue Runyon, and more. Catch Masterworks 6 this Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon, with both performances offering a 30-minute pre-concert lecture an hour before show time.
