This Saturday, Post Falls Parks & Recreation presents a chance to enjoy a day of fall, brews, and exercise at the Running Shoes & Micro Brews 5k at Kiwanis Park! Join in a self-timed run and costume contest, then enjoy music, local beers, and more. 5k participants aged 21 and older will receive two drink tickets for beer tastings following the run, and all participants will receive a T-shirt and medal.
