Run for the Angels 5k Memorial Run/Walk

The Northwest Infant Survival and SIDS Alliance presents the ninth annual Run for the Angels this Sunday in Coeur d’Alene’s McEuen Park. The purpose of the event is to come together to raise awareness for infant and child loss, remember children who were unexpectedly lost, and provide a day to enjoy family and friends. All proceeds for the event will benefit the emotional support program of the Northwest Infant Survival and SIDS Alliance.

The day kicks off with a host of vendors and sponsor booths at noon, followed by a remembrance ceremony at 2pm and the 5k run/walk starting at 2:30. An emotional support area will be available starting at noon. Those opting to stay home can still participate virtually using the same online registration process. This year’s silent auction fundraiser will also be held online.

The $25 online registration will close at 9am on October 2, and the live event will continue on, rain or shine. Run or walk for a cause, on a beautiful Centennial Trail route this Sunday!

Event: October 3, Noon
