Challenge yourself this summer at the Post Falls Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon! This scenic race features a .3-mile swim, 12-mile bike ride, and 3-mile run through the beautiful Q'emiln Park area. Open to athletes ages 14 and up, participants can compete individually or as part of a team. The event includes chip timing, post-race snacks, and an awards ceremony following the race.
