Brandie, franchise owner with husband Mike, shares that the transition to Radiant Waxing has gone smoothly and is excited for clients, old and new, to check out the updated space and take advantage of their unmatched services. This full-service, speed-waxing salon has a mission to deliver a truly premium guest experience.
After opening LunchboxWax in Coeur d’Alene in July of 2020 and seeing much success, the Chapmans decided to expand services to Spokane, opening their second location in Spokane’s South Hill in August of 2021. Now Radiant Waxing, they’re excited for the next chapter while continuing to offer superior waxing services.
“Although we are sad to see Ms. Box and the cute pink salon accents go, we are very excited about the increase in awareness, opportunity and revenue the Radiant Waxing name brings,” affirms Brandie.
She and her team deliver a unique guest experience at the full-service speed-waxing salon, utilizing refined, effective techniques that provide smooth, glowing skin. “We wax every body, top to toe, bottoms and brows, cheeks and chests, a little or a lot,” affirms Brandie. Each Waxologist undergoes extensive training, so you know your hair-removal needs are in the care of attentive and experienced hands.
Brandie is also excited to announce that she and Mike will be opening another WellBiz Brands franchise this summer—Drybar. Drybar is a no cut, no color, just blowouts franchise, and will be opening the first part of August in Riverstone. “Our area is in need of this service, and we are so excited to be bringing it to Coeur d’Alene,” she smiles.
Brandie takes pride in being able to empower the women who work for her, watching them grow in their positions and become successful. “Equally rewarding is the happiness I see and hear from our guests, our guest retention rate and continued new guest acquisitions,” she shares.
