Monarch & Friends Festival 2026

August 29, 12–4pm

Celebrate local pollinators at the Sandpoint Monarch & Friends Festival on Saturday, August 29, from noon to 4 p.m. at Evans Brothers Coffee and Matchwood Brewing in Sandpoint. Families can explore more than 18 interactive booths, enjoy hands-on activities, watch a live Monarch butterfly release and listen to live music from Harolds IGA. Kids can also earn a Junior Ambassador badge through a scavenger hunt, crafts and games. Grab some caterpillar ice cream, coffee, food or beer while you're there, with event proceeds supporting a new native pollinator garden at Matchwood Brewing.
