Chad White was born and raised in the Spokane Valley—and now he’s delivering bold flavors to downtown Spokane, inspired by famous local favorites from the East Coast, Mexico and the South. Many know him from his appearance on Top Chef’s 13th season, but White’s been making a splash in the Northwest as well, recently named a 2020 James Beard Award semifinalist in the Best Chef Northwest & Pacific category.
