The annual Junior Lilac Parade will arrive in downtown Spokane this Saturday, bringing the community together to celebrate the talents of local children. With bands, clubs, drill teams and other youth organizations marching alongside local mascots and area businesses, the Junior Lilac Parade has something for everyone and will be the kickoff event for the 86th Annual Spokane Lilac Festival.
