Huckleberry Jalapeno Mojito

(Yields one serving)


4 - 6 mint leaves

1 lime wedge

1/8 cup fresh or frozen huckleberries

1 small slice jalapeno, seeds removed

(for more heat, add the seeds)

1/2 tsp. Swerve confectioners sweetener

2 oz. vodka

4 oz. club soda


• In a 10-oz. drinking glass of your choice, muddle mint leaves, lime, huckleberries, jalapeno and sweetener until pulverized.

• Add vodka, ice and club soda. Stir.

• For garnish, add a slice of jalapeno and huckleberries.
