Meals on Wheels Spokane is turning Riverfront Park’s Clock Tower Meadow into a fall carnival. This free family event is one not to miss! The Great Pumpkin Race & Family Carnival invites guests to dress in costume, craft their own pumpkin race car, and compete in the Great Pumpkin Race. Racers of any age can participate and will be organized by age group for the race. MOWSpokane.org
