The annual Get Lit! Festival is back, with two days of festival events being held at the Montvale Event Center, including a two-day book fair, panel discussions, and their first-ever live Dungeons and Dragons game, featuring local authors as players! Sponsored by EWU, the annual event began in 1998 as the region’s only annual literary festival, and has continued to grow ever since.
The Get Lit! Book Fair will feature organizations and vendors from across the region, including downtown Spokane’s popular Auntie’s Bookstore. Throughout the weekend, in addition to the numerous book-related events, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy local eats and sips, including lunches from Feast World Kitchen, coffee from DOMA Coffee Roasting, ice cream from the Scoop, and more.
