Chicken Alfredo

1 pre-made pizza dough

1 cup cooked chicken breast

1/2 cup alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

• Preheat grill or oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out dough and place on peel or sheet.

• Spread alfredo sauce, leaving crust border.

• Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.

• Add chicken.

• Sprinkle grated parmesan.

• Grill for 8-10 minutes or bake for 12-15 minutes.

• Garnish with fresh parsley or basil leaves.


Pear, Goat Cheese & Arugula

1 pre-made pizza dough

1 ripe pear, thinly sliced

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

1 cup arugula leaves

Balsamic glaze (optional)

Olive oil for drizzling

Salt and pepper to taste • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

• Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.

• Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

• Arrange the thinly sliced pear evenly over the dough.

• Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the pear slices.

• Add arugula leaves.

• Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza.

• Grill for 8-10 minutes or bake for 12-15 minutes in preheated oven.

• Optional: Drizzle balsamic glaze over the pizza for added flavor. Pepperoni & Peppers

1 pre-made pizza dough

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)

Fresh basil leaves (optional) • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

• Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.

• Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

• Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering the entire pizza.

• Arrange sliced pepperoni and bell peppers as desired on top of the cheese.

• Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle over the toppings.

• Bake for 12-15 minutes.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves • Preheat grill or oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out dough and place on peel or sheet.

• Spread barbecue sauce, leaving crust border.

• Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.

• Add chicken and red onion.

• Grill for 8-10 minutes or bake for 12-15 minutes.

• Sprinkle cilantro on top before serving. Spicy Peanut Thai

1 pre-made pizza dough

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup thinly sliced bell peppers

1/4 cup shredded carrots

2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp. peanuts, chopped

• Roll out dough onto baking sheet.

• Mix peanut butter and chili sauce.

• Spread sauce, leaving crust border.

• Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.

• Add bell peppers and carrots.

• Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.

• Cool briefly.

• Sprinkle cilantro and peanuts. Apricot and Goat Cheese

1 pre-made pizza dough

1/2 cup apricot jam

1/2 cup caramelized onions

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

Fresh thyme leaves (optional) • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

• Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.

• Spread apricot jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

• Sprinkle caramelized onions over the jam.

• Scatter crumbled goat cheese on top.

• Optional: Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves for added flavor.

• Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden
