This weekend is one to celebrate all things local! The Inland Northwest LocalFest will feature food, music and artists from Eastern Washington and North Idaho in an all-day event taking over Post Falls’ Greyhound Event Center. Designed to highlight local talent, LocalFest will fill the park with over 100 vendors. Guests will enjoy local foods of all kinds, including Thai, Polynesian, Mediterranean, Southern, soul food, and traditional carnival food, served up by some of the Northwest’s best food trucks. The first Friday of the month is here, bringing a fresh opportunity to take in Spokane’s downtown art and retail scene! Spaces across Spokane will highlight and musicians while providing refreshments, specialty products and the chance to mingle within the downtown community. Live Music Returns to Lucky You Lounge

Friday, August 6, 8 - 11pm

One of Spokane’s newest, and most loved, local venues, Lucky You Lounge returns with live music tonight! An all-local lineup will kick off the venue’s first live show since the pandemic, with The Smokes, Cathedral Pearls and Balonely taking the stage. The venue’s restaurant opens at 3pm, and the basement lounge opens at 6pm, providing ample opportunity to fuel up before the show. Masks will be worn by Lucky You staff and are encouraged for guests. The 7th annual Sandpoint Bonner County rodeo returns to the Bonner County Fairgrounds this weekend. In association with the PRCA, one of the biggest American rodeo organizations in the world, the rodeo is a highly anticipated event every year. Doors open at 6:30pm tonight, so don’t miss your chance to catch talented riders in action. The event promises something for everyone, including thrills and spills to get the heart racing! Celebrate Spokane’s creatives with Bazaar! Terrain’s summer market returns to take over full blocks of downtown Spokane, creating space to highlight local, handmade goods. In addition to a long list of vendors bringing jewelry, leather, clothing, teas, treats and more, the event promises a beer garden provided by Flatstick Pub and a lineup of musical guests throughout the day, starting at 11am!
