Spokane’s South Hill neighborhood was in for a treat when John Grollmus and Brad Fosseen decided to expand their restaurant family to include Two Seven Public House. Opening to an eager community in April of 2008, it quickly gained the status as one of Spokane’s best-kept secrets. For 13 years, the restaurant continues to fulfill its reputation for great food, great drinks and stellar service.

The Two Seven follows the same simple concept as its sister restaurants The Elk, El Que and Geno’s in Spokane, Moon Time in Coeur d’Alene and The Porch in Hayden Lake: top-notch service, creative food and drink at reasonable prices, all served up in a comfortable environment.

Along with their inventive house-made soups and weekly specials, customer favorite menu items include, but are most certainly not limited to, the Salpicon Texas Shredded Beef Tacos, the famous Smash Burger, Crispy Beer-Battered Fish Tacos, and never forget the legendary Roasted Corn Pasta.

Accompany your meal with a cold brew from their extensive tap selection, a glass of wine from their thoughtful wine list or a cocktail from the full bar.

John and Brad are proud to provide the community with great food while also affording them the opportunity to create great jobs for their employees—which is why you’ll see the same friendly faces paired with exceptional service every time you visit. They value their employees, who in turn value their jobs and their customers, and John and Brad couldn’t be more grateful.

The community has been steadfast in their support of The Two Seven and its team over the years, and this year has proven no different. “Our sincerest and most heartfelt thanks from our staff and owners for all of your support. Without that, we would not have been able to survive and hopefully thrive in the future,” acknowledges John.

Whether you’re looking for a place to take the whole family or just a great spot to unwind with a cold brew and a bite, check out the Two Seven in Spokane’s South Hill, where the owners care for their staff, and the staff is honored to dish up excellence to the community they serve.
