Crave Northwest returns to Spokane Valley CenterPlace beginning this Thursday, showcasing the Northwest’s best chefs and flavors in a premier food and drink celebration. This year’s 3-day festival is focused on chefs in unique daily themes like Thursday’s Hoedown Showdown, featuring “modern visions of down-home cooking,” plus square dancing, line dances, and cowboy hats. Kick off the Crave weekend with a country-themed dinner from the area’s talented chefs, this Thursday evening in Spokane Valley! All Crave events are 21+.
