Boots on the Ground: Memorial Day Ceremony

Honor and remember fallen service members during the Boots on the Ground Memorial Day Ceremony at the Illuminating Courage Memorial near the Numerica Veterans Arena. This moving tribute recognizes post-9/11 and Vietnam Fallen Heroes through a powerful public display and a weekend of remembrance activities. Visitors are invited to spend time viewing the memorial display, attend the flag changing ceremony, and participate in the overnight vigil hosted by Combat Vet Riders.

The event creates a meaningful opportunity for reflection and gratitude over Memorial Day weekend, bringing the community together in remembrance of those who served and sacrificed.
