2026 Winter Fest

January 30

Spokane Public Schools and LaunchNW invite the community to Winter Fest, a free, family-friendly day of connection and discovery at Riverfront Park, this Friday only. Families are encouraged to explore out-of-school programs, meet local youth-serving organizations, and enjoy downtown attractions like the Numerica Skate Ribbon and the Mobius Discovery Center. The event brings to life a shared vision of “Every Kid. Every Day. In Real Life,” with activities designed for children of all ages.

A free wristband is required and can be picked up at the Pavilion between 9 am and 2 pm. The Gesa Pavilion will host youth performances, a thrift fashion show, and interactive activities presented by LaunchNW. The first 100 families to register at the Pavilion will receive a complimentary copy of 10 Rules for Raising Kids in a High-Tech World by Dr. Jean Twenge, courtesy of Washington Trust Bank. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from Red Rock Catering and Feast World Kitchen.
