May 14-17
One of Sandpoint’s most anticipated annual traditions returns as Lost in the ’50s brings a nostalgic weekend of classic cars, live music, cruising, and community celebrations to downtown Sandpoint. Festivities begin Thursday evening with a welcome party at Connie’s Cafe, followed by Friday’s Cars and Coffee gathering, the always-popular downtown cruise and parade, and a lively street party filled with vintage charm and rock-and-roll energy. Throughout the weekend, visitors can admire rows of beautifully restored classic and custom vehicles lining First, Second, and Third avenues during the signature car show.
The celebration continues into the evenings with live concerts at the Bonner County Fairgrounds featuring old-school rock-and-roll favorites. Reunion Night on Friday welcomes Rocky and the Rollers, while legendary performer Chubby Checker headlines Saturday night. With music, nostalgia, and small-town community spirit woven throughout the weekend, Lost in the ’50s remains one of the region’s most iconic spring events.
