AUGUST 3 LONG BRIDGE SWIM Don't miss the Northwest's premier open-water swimming event. A beautiful 1.76-mile swim from the south end of Sandpoint's historic Long Bridge to the the North end, the swim starts at 9am, and there is a 2.5-hour time limit. Read more... AUGUST 4 SPRINT TRIATHLON & DUATHLON Held at Q’emiln Park in Post Falls, the annual Post Falls Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon is a USAT-sanctioned event and includes a 5k swim, 19k bike and 5k run.
