JANUARY 8 RAMEN & WONTON COOKING CLASS Join Chef Lesa 5:30 to 7:30pm at The Culinary Stone in Coeur d'Alene where she will teach you the art of making homemade ramen noodles, served in umami broth filled with meat, veggies and garnished with a miso-cured egg.
