Learn the skills and information you need to be prepared for the unexpected! The fifth annual Panhandle Preparedness Expo is a go and will be held at the Bonner County Fairgrounds as previously scheduled. This two-day event provides wonderful information through its preparedness workshops, presentations, vendor exhibits and demos. Workshops and presentations start every hour, on the hour, and presentations include “Wood Gas — The Other Solar Energy,” “Preparing for Civil Unrest,” “Food Safety,” and many more. Ticket prices are $3 for one day or $5 for both days (save $1 on admission by bringing an item to donate to the local food bank).
